Garnerdemand.

Phones that ring. Forms that fill. A name customers pick out of a lineup. I'm Justin Garner. I run growth for a renovation company in Cincinnati, built a local-business media brand on Delmarva, and build the brands, websites and ad systems that turn attention into booked jobs. Hire me and you get me.

How I work

A short roster. Month-to-month on recurring work. I take a business on when I can see the gap between the attention it gets and the revenue it books, and I know how to close it.

Most marketing fails quietly.

Nobody sends you an invoice for the leads you didn't get. The losses hide in plain sight, and they look like this.

A pretty site that never rings.Traffic comes in, nothing tells them what to do, and they call the next result.
Ads that pay Google, not you.Broad match, no negatives, all night, all counties. The budget runs out before lunch.
Leads nobody calls back. The form fills at 7:40 p.m. Someone gets to it Thursday. The customer already signed with someone else.
A name that boxes you in.The brand that got you here is keeping you out of the work you want next.
STAGE 1

Position

Who you're for, what you're known for, and the name, story and look that make you the obvious call.

STAGE 2

Presence

A website that converts, a Google Business Profile that ranks, and ads that only show to people who can buy.

STAGE 3

Pipeline

Every call and form tracked to its source, routed to a person in minutes, and reported in plain numbers.

Case files.

What was broken, what I did, and what changed. Client numbers stay between me and the client. If you're a serious fit, I'll walk you through them on a call.

craftwellrenovations.com ↗

A roofing company called Roofing for Troops had built its business on insurance claims. The name and the systems behind it were built for storm work. The owners wanted retail renovation.

The moves

  • Renamed and repositioned the company as Craftwell Custom Renovations.
  • Rebuilt the website around retail renovation services.
  • Wired web forms and phone calls into one intake that filters spam and alerts a rep.
  • Mapped every lead to its true source, from first click to the CRM.

What changed

  • A brand built for the work the owners want next.
  • One record of every lead and where it came from.
  • A daily lead and sales report leadership actually reads.
  • Compliant texting registration for customer follow-up.

Independent businesses on the peninsula had no shared place to be seen. I built one from zero and own every channel of it.

The moves

  • Grew a Facebook community for local shoppers and owners.
  • Launched a print magazine, produced with in-house large-format printing.
  • Rebuilt the member website with online membership billing.

What changed

  • A media channel local businesses pay to be part of.
  • Audience, print and web under one brand.
  • A recurring-revenue membership instead of one-off ads.

The moves

  • Built the website and an online trial-class booking flow.
  • Ran back-to-school Google Ads search campaigns.
  • Built member-management software, a parent app and an AI assistant that answers inquiries.

PKS & Company

CPA FIRM · THREE SITES
WebsitesSecurityRecruiting
pkscpa.com ↗

An accounting firm with an advisory arm and a recruiting push needed three sites that look like one firm, run on infrastructure its IT team can trust.

The moves

  • Built pkscpa.com, pksadvisors.com and explorepks.com.
  • Moved changes to version-controlled code pushes instead of live edits.

What changed

  • The firm owns its hosting plan and backups.
  • Its IT team has full visibility into every change.

The Google Ads Leak Report

Nine default settings that quietly burn local ad budgets, and exactly where to switch each one off.

I'm picky. On purpose.

I keep a short roster so every client gets my full attention. That means saying no more often than yes. Here's how to know which side you're on.

YESWho I work with

  • Owner-led service businesses: home services, trades, professional firms, studios, local retail.
  • You already do good work and want the market to know it.
  • You'll put real budget behind ads and treat it as an investment.
  • Someone answers the phone, and calls leads back the same day.
  • You make decisions in days, not quarters.
  • You'll show me the real numbers.

NOWho I don't

  • You want to "go viral" on a $300 budget.
  • You're collecting quotes to pick the cheapest.
  • You want guaranteed #1 rankings. Nobody honest can promise that.
  • Leads sit for days before anyone calls them.
  • A headline change needs five approvals and a committee.
  • MLMs, get-rich-quick offers, or anything I'd be embarrassed to put my name on.

Google Ads management is capped at four clients at a time. When a seat opens, applicants who fit get the first call.

What I do

Scoped and quoted after a fit call. Recurring work is month-to-month. Ad spend goes straight to Google and is never marked up.

Brand & rebrand

Positioning, naming, identity direction and a rollout plan across site, trucks, signs, print and ads.

Websites that ring

Built for calls and forms first. Local search structure, fast on a phone, hosted and maintained.

Local search

Google Business Profile setup and optimization, service and town pages, citations, reviews.

Google Ads

Search campaigns built tight: exact intent, real negatives, call tracking, weekly management.

Lead systems

Form and call intake, spam filtering, rep alerts, CRM source attribution and a daily numbers report.

Growth consulting

Marketing audits and an operator's read on where your next dollar of revenue is hiding.
